Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom orders

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
